Dashboard privacy notice

This notice describes the Print Guys staff dashboard. The public Print Guys shop has a separate privacy policy.

Information used

The dashboard reads Print Guys operational records from Google Sheets and Google Drive, including job, dispatch, production and knowledge records. It also displays HelpMonks conversation information and email activity. Staff can submit job and dispatch updates and Feedback/Bugs reports through the dashboard.

Why and how it is used

We use this information to run Print Guys operations, show current work to staff, record updates and diagnose dashboard problems. The Apps Script integration accesses Google data under the deploying owner's authorization; staff do not grant the dashboard separate access to their Google accounts.

Storage and service providers

Google Sheets and Drive hold the source records. The dashboard is served by Cloudflare Pages. A Cloudflare Worker keeps last-good response snapshots in KV and holds unsent updates in a D1 recovery queue while the Google integration is unavailable, then retries them. The browser may keep a local copy of recent dashboard data to help it recover from a failed load. HelpMonks provides the conversation and email data shown in the dashboard. These services process the information needed to deliver and recover the dashboard.

Access, retention and requests

The dashboard is intended for Print Guys staff. Operational records remain in the source systems according to Print Guys' business needs; recovery copies and queued updates are retained for operational recovery and audit.
